Kill them to get the Goddess Third Eye Key. Go on and open cell 19 then cell Next open cell 23 for a Silver Armlet.
After that, go through the hole in the wall of cell You should end up at cell Again, run around until you meet a tank enemy. Kill it to get the Goddess Crown Key. Use that to unlock the nearby goddess gate. Grab the Iron Bars Key inside. Now go back and head through the hole in the wall of cell 27 to access cell Proceed north along the center path and unlock the goddess gate. Continue further up, then go open cell 32 and exit out to cell Save your game and use the Iron Bars Key to open the cage.
